  • 2 cups Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tblsp Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cardamom
  • 3 Egg
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • For Greasing Butter
  • Sprinkling Powdered Sugar
  • 1 scoop Raspberry Jam

Instructions

fluff up the dusting honeyed-smelling element, seasoning, granulated sugar, baking soda, and cardamom together in a large container.

▢ Once the edges become firm use a knitting needle or wooden skewer to turn the æbleskiver about 1/4.

Continue turning until you get round pancake spheres.

They should be golden brown.

▢ Remove the æbleskiver from the pot and present with powdered granulated sugar and jam.
