Ingredients
500g Minced Beef
250g Minced Pork
1 Onion
4 cloves Garlic
3 tblsp chopped Parsley
1 tbs Paprika
3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
2 tbs Breadcrumbs
3 tbs Water
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper
Instructions

Place the ground flesh in a dish.

Chop the shallot very finely and shred the garlic cloves.

toss in the cut up parsley, all sorts of paprika, baking soda, dried breadcrumbs, moisture, Vegeta, table salt, and pepper.

put a lid on the dish with cling film/ plastic foil and leave to rest for 1 or 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Take portions of the flesh mixture, about 50-55 g/ 1.7-1.9 oz/ ΒΌ cup portions, and form the cevapi.

The rolls should be about as thick as your thumb and about 7-10 cm/ 3-4 inches long.
