1 lb Crab Meay
2 medium Onions
1 Scotch Bonnet
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

Wash crabs and bubble in large pot of liquid for 15 mins, remove from boiling liquid and cool.

Crack legs and open backs to remove all protein, set aside.

Remove seeds from scotch bonnet pepper and dice pepper and onions.

Sauté onions and scotch bonnet peppers in cooking oil over medium bring to temperature until onions begin to get transparent.

mix in crab protein, black pepper and seasoning, stirring occasionally.

oven-cook over medium bring to temperature for an additional 5 to 10 mins.
