  • 2-1/2 tablespoons Ghee - or butter
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 cup Chilled water
  • 1 cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - finely chopped
  • 1/2 Red Bell pepper (Capsicum) - chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic - finely chopped
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons Green Chilli Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Roasted tomato pasta sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 pinch Sugar

To begin making Eggless Paneer Mc Puff method,prep all the fixings and start by making pastry flour base.Sift baking flour in a large mixing mixing bowl, toss in seasoning and dairy spread, and toss together to form crumbles.Start adding liquid and work the flour base to make a soft and seamless flour base.seal the flour base and keep it aside to rest for 15 mins.Meanwhile, prepare the filling for the puffs.
