Ingredients

  • 500g Minced Beef
  • 250g Minced Pork
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 3 tblsp chopped Parsley
  • 1 tbs Paprika
  • 3/4 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 tbs Breadcrumbs
  • 3 tbs Water
  • 1 Vegetable Stock Cube
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper

Instructions

Place the ground protein in a dish.

Chop the bulb produce very finely and mince the garlic cloves.

mix in the cut up parsley, all sorts of paprika, baking soda, dried breadcrumbs, moisture, Vegeta, table salt, and pepper.

Take portions of the protein mixture, about 50-55 g/ 1.7-1.9 oz/ ΒΌ cup portions, and form the cevapi.

The rolls should be about as thick as your thumb and about 7-10 cm/ 3-4 inches long.

The cevapcici can be reheated in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius/ 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about 10 mins or until heated through.
