  • 4 Sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • Pinch Salt

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 160˚C (320˚F) Line a cake pot with parchment paper and set aside.

liquidize all the parched components together in a large mixing bowl.

dust the pearl granulated sugar over the top and cook thoroughly it in the oven for about 1 hour.
