  • 4 cloves Garlic - or parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Whole Black Pepper Corns - crushed
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil - for garnishing (optional)
  • Salt - to taste
