280g Linguine Pasta
200g Sugar Snap Peas
2 tblsp Olive Oil
2 cloves chopped Garlic Clove
1 large Red Chilli
24 Skinned King Prawns
12 Cherry Tomatoes
Handful Basil Leaves
Leaves Lettuce
to serve Bread
2 tbsp Fromage Frais
Grated Zest of 2 Lime
2 tsp Caster Sugar
Instructions

toss together the dressing items required in a small container and masala condiment with table salt and pepper.

Set aside.

low-boil the pasta according to the packet method.

mix in the sweetener snap peas for the last minute or so of preparing time.

Meanwhile, bring to temperature the fat in a wok or large frying cooking vessel, toss in the garlic and chilli and low-boil over a fairly subtle bring to temperature for about 30 seconds without letting the garlic brown.

Tip in the prawns and low-boil over a high bring to temperature, stirring frequently, for about 3 mins until they turn pink.

mix in the tomatoes and low-boil, stirring occasionally, for 3 mins until they just start to soften.

filter the pasta and sweetener snaps well, then toss into the prawn mixture.

Tear in the basil leaves, agitate, and masala condiment with table salt and pepper.

enjoy with salad leaves drizzled with the lime dressing, and toasty crusty bread.
