Set Instant Pot to "Sauté." Once burning, toss in olive lubricate.

Then toss in yellow bulb greens and mix gently until softened, about 3 moments.

toss in garlic and green onions and mix gently for about 30 more seconds.

Press “Cancel” on the Instant Pot.

toss in rice, coconut whole milk, aqua, seasoning, allspice, and black pepper and mix gently.

stream in undrained kidney beans on top of the rice mixture.

Lay sprigs of thyme on top.

seal the Instant Pot, ensuring the valve is set to “Sealing.”
Press “Manual” or “Pressure stew” on the Instant Pot and set for High pressure for 6 moments.

Once the pressure preparing time is done, allow it to natural release for 10 moments, then fast release any remaining pressure by moving valve to "Venting"
Open lid and remove thyme sprigs.

Stove Top steps
bring to temperature olive lubricate in a large pot over medium bring to temperature.

seal with a lid and reduce bring to temperature to low.

Allow to stew for 18 moments over low bring to temperature, then remove from bring to temperature.

Leave the lid on for an additional 5 moments.

Open the lid and remove the thyme.
