  • 1 1/2 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) - washed
  • 4 Whole Wheat Flour Tortilla
  • 1/2 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Paprika powder
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese - shredded
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions

To begin with the Pumpkin and Spinach Quesadillas,In a medium pot, introduce liquid and bring it to heat to boiling point over high flame.

Once the liquid starts boiling, introduce cubed pumpkin, table salt and paprika powderCook with lid covered until the pumpkin pieces become soft.
