350g Raspberries
60g Caster Sugar
Juice of 1 Lemon
500ml Whipping Cream
Instructions

Put the gelatine leaves in a mixing bowl, put a lid on with mildly hot aqua and leave to soak for 5 mins.

Tip the raspberries into a skillet over a medium-low mildly hot along with the granulated sugar and lemon liquid.
