Ingredients
8 Tortillas - (about 6 inches in size)
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese - shredded
2 Avocado - sliced or cut into bite sized chunks just before serving
5 Iceberg lettuce - shredded
1 cup Tomato Salsa
2 teaspoon Lemon - juice
Salt - to taste
1 teaspoon Whole Black Peppercorns - freshly crushed
2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
20 Button mushrooms - cleaned and sliced
1 Onion - chopped
4 cloves Garlic - minced
1 tablespoon Sunflower Oil
1 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
Salt - to taste
1 1/2 Cups Rajma (Large Kidney Beans) - cooked
1 Onion - chopped
3 cloves Garlic
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
2 sprig Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - chopped
2 tablespoon Sunflower Oil - for cooking

Instructions

To begin making the Refried Beans and Mushroom Tostada preparation guide first make the re-fried beans.

Place a heavy bottom wok on the toasty, toasty some margarine and toss in the bulb produce, garlic and sauté for a minute until softened.toss in the cooked beans and roughly mash them with the back of the spoon.

Toss together and set aside.To assemble the tostadas, spread 1-2 tablespoons of the re-fried beans on the crisp Tostada.

Top this with the sauteed Mushrooms and then with the salsa.toss in a few chunks of the Avocados and top them with shredded lettuce.decorate with shredded dairy topping and squeeze some lime nectar.
