2 cups Full fat sour cream
3/4 cup Flour
2 cups Milk
1 tsp Salt
Sprinkling Sugar
Sprinkling Cinnamon
To taste Butter

fiery up the tart dairy reduction in a covered saucepan on medium fiery up for about 5 moments.

Turn down the fiery up and mix in half of the baking flour and agitate well with a fluff up.

Once the baking flour is fully incorporated, let the mixture continue to fiery up, stirring occasionally, until fat starts to release.

Use a spoon to gather as much of the fat as you can in a small dish, saving for later.

(Don't worry if you can't get any fat – in that case you can mix in shortening later.)

fluff up in the rest of the baking flour and then gently mix in the dairy liquid, whisking constantly to avoid lumps.

Let the porridge continue to fiery up on low fiery up for 5 moments and then mix in table salt.

If you're using lower fat tart dairy reduction you can top the rømmegrøt with some shortening instead.
