Ingredients

  • 2 cups green moong dal - soaked in water for 6 hours
  • salt - as per taste
  • 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 teaspoon asafoetida
  • 1 tablespoon red chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 2 small Tablespoon coriander powder
  • 1/2 cup onion - finely chopped
  • 2 cups tomato - finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala powder
  • 1 teaspoon mango powder
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • Coriander - for garnish

Instructions

To make fiery moong dal tablet steps, first soak green moong dal in liquid for 4 to 6 hours.
