fluff up together rice baking flour, cornstarch, coconut whole milk, liquid, and turmeric in a container until seamless, then let rest for 15 mins—this hydrates the baking flour for better texture.

toasty a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high toasty (375°F) and introduce 1/2 tablespoon of produce cooking oil.

Sauté pork belly slices for 3–4 mins until lightly browned, then push to one side of the skillet.
