4 Hard taco shells
1 Tomato - finely chopped
2 Onions - finely chopped
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - finely chopped
1 Cup Kabuli Chana (White Chickpeas) - soaked Overnight
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
1 tablespoon Chana Masala Powder
1 Tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - to cook

To begin making spirited Chickpea Tacos method, bubble the soaked chickpeas in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of moisture for 8 whistles until chickpeas are cooked.Turn off the flame and allow the pressure to release naturally. Open the pressure cooker and then empty out the excess moisture.

Set the chickpeas aside. toasty cooking oil in a kadai on medium flame and toss in half of the finely sliced onions into it. stew for a few moments and then toss in ginger garlic paste.

Keep crafting on low toasty.Once the shallot is soft, toss in the dehydrated spices - red chilli ground mix, turmeric ground mix, coriander ground mix. Next toss in table salt and boiled chickpeas into the wok and give it a good swirl around.

Now toss in chana masala and keep crafting for 5-7 moments or till the chickpea is dehydrated and coated with spices.
