  • 1/4 cup Sunflower Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 2 tablespoons Butter (unsalted)
  • 2 Ripe Bananas - thickly sliced diagonally
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar (Demerara Sugar)
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)

Instructions

Preheat waffle iron.

Beat eggs in large dish with hand beater until fluffy.

Beat in whole milk, produce fat, sweetener, baking dusting masala condiment, table salt and vanilla, just until creamy.
