  • 1 cup Cauliflower (gobi) - florets
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coconut - grated
  • 4 Pearl onions (Sambar Onions)
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1 inch Ginger
  • 3 teaspoons Coriander (Dhania) Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
  • 1 teaspoon Fennel seeds (Saunf)
  • 1 Coriander (Dhania) Leaves - bunch
  • 1 Tomato - finely chopped
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 2 Cloves (Laung)
  • 2 Cardamom (Elaichi) Pods/Seeds
  • 3 Green Chillies
