Ingredients

  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 onions - finely chopped
  • 3 green chillies - finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 2 sprig curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida
  • salt - according to taste
  • coriander - finely chopped
  • lemon juice - lemon juice

Instructions

To make Matar Poha, first burning up the liquid in a saucepan.
