  • 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2 teaspoons Sambar Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Sunflower Oil - as needed
