1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 cup Spinach Leaves (Palak) - chopped
1 inch Ginger - grated
1 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1 teaspoon Cumin powder (Jeera)
Salt - to taste
Sunflower Oil - for cooking

To begin making the Palak Makki Ki Roti method - well-seasoned Spinach Corn Meal Flat Bread method combine all the items required except the cooking oil in a mixing container.introduce a little moisture at a time and make a soft flour base.
