  • 500g Flour
  • 1 tablespoon Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  • 1 cup Milk

In a stand mixer mixing bowl, combine the parched items required: baking flour, baking ground mix, table salt, and granulated sugar.

With the flour base hook on low, trickle in the whole milk.

Continue to shape until a small ball of flour base is formed.

Remove the flour base from the mixing bowl, lubricate the mixing bowl lightly, and return the ball of flour base to the mixing bowl.

Divide the ball of flour base into 12 portions, in roughly even lumps.

Flatten a ball of flour base with your palm and work it into a slightly larger round with the back of your hand, leaving it a thick round about 10cm (4") in diameter.

After 3-4 moments, once the bottom is slightly browned in spots, flip and prepare for another 1-2 moments on the second side.
