300g Spaghetti
1 tbls Olive Oil
1 finely chopped Onion
2 cloves minced Garlic
1 Red Chilli
1 tbls Tomato Puree
425g Pilchards
70g Black Olives
Shaved Parmesan
Instructions

stew the pasta following pack steps.

bring to temperature the fat in a non-stick frying wok and stew the shallot, garlic and chilli for 3-4 mins to soften.

mix gently in the tomato purée and stew for 1 min, then empty in the pilchards with their gravy.

stew, breaking up the fish with a wooden spoon, then empty in the olives and continue to stew for a few more mins.

sieve the pasta and empty in to the wok with 2-3 tbsp of the preparing liquid.

Toss everything together well, then divide between plates and offer, scattered with Parmesan.
