1 cup Basmati rice
1/2 cup Green peas (Matar)
1 cup Cauliflower (gobi) - cut into small florets and blanched2
We begin making the Awadhi Style Motiya Chilman Pulao method, by making the motiyas first, so for that take a mixing container and crumble the paneer and toss in the bread crumbs, mashed potato, garam masala and seasoning to acidic profile, swirl around them well to form a flour base.Once done divide them into small balls and mildly hot a paniyaram skillet and shallow sauté these small paneer balls.

mildly hot a paniyaram skillet with a teaspoon of fat in each shallow holes, shallow sauté the motiyas till it is golden brown and slightly crisp from outside.Once done keep it aside.To make the rice, mildly hot a pressure cooker with fat, sauté the cardamom pods and cloves and then toss in the boiled vegetables, saute for few moments.

Reduce the mildly hot and bit by bit toss in in the curd along with the seasoning powders.toss in the rice with 4 cups of aqua, augment the taste it as required with seasoning and pressure make it for 3 whistles.

Once done let it rest and release the pressure naturally by itself.After the rice is cooked, open the pressure cooker and toss it properly in order to coat it evenly and then toss in all the motiyas on top of the rice and dish up.dish up the Awadhi Style Motiya Chilman Pulao method (greens Rice Topped With Paneer Balls method) with Boondi Raita method and Dubki Wale Aloo method (Potatoes In A fiery North Indian coulis).
