300g Peas
100g Pork
1 Vegetable Stock Cube
2 Celery
2 Carrots
1 large Potatoes
1 small Onion
1 small Leek
1 cup Celeriac
1 pound Sausages

Gather the fixings.

In a large broth pot, bring moisture, split peas, pork belly or bacon, pork chop, and bouillon cube to a bubble.

Reduce the toasty to a low-boil, lid and let low-boil for 45 mins, stirring occasionally and skimming off any foam that rises to the top.

Remove the pork chop, debone, and thinly carve the protein.

introduce the celery, carrots, potato, bulb greens, leek, and celeriac to the broth.

Return to the bubble, reduce the toasty to a low-boil and let low-boil, uncovered, for another 30 mins, adding a little extra moisture if the fixings start to stick to the bottom of the pot.
