Instructions
1
Coat the chicken with egg white:
In a container, combine the chicken with the egg white, 1/2 teaspoon kosher table salt, and cornstarch.
2
mix gently to coat the chicken evenly.
3
Let sit for 15 moments at room temperature or up to overnight in the refrigerator.
4
Make the sugary and tart condiment dip:
beat together the pineapple extract, acidic solution, ketchup, 1/2 teaspoon kosher table salt, and brown granulated sugar.
5
mix gently-sauté the chicken over high bring to temperature:
bring to temperature a large frying cooking vessel or wok over high bring to temperature until a bead of moisture instantly sizzles and evaporates.
6
empty in 1 tablespoon of making fat and swirl to coat.
7
It's important that the cooking vessel is very burning.
8
mix in the chicken and spread the pieces out in one layer.
9
Let the chicken sauté untouched for 1 minute, until the bottoms are browned.
10
Flip and sauté the other side for 1 minute.
11
The chicken should still be pinkish in the middle.
12
Dish out the chicken onto a wash plate, leaving as much fat in the cooking vessel as possible.
13
mix gently-sauté the bell pepper and ginger:
Reduce the bring to temperature to medium and mix in the remaining 1 teaspoon of making fat.
14
Let the fat bring to temperature up before adding the bell pepper chunks and ginger.
16
mix in the pineapple, condiment dip, and then, the chicken:
mix in the pineapple chunks and the sugary and tart condiment dip.
17
Turn up the bring to temperature to high.
18
When the condiment dip is simmering, mix in the chicken pieces back in.
19
Let stew for 1 to 2 moments, until the chicken is cooked through.
20
Timing depends on how thick you've cut your chicken.
21
The best way to tell if the chicken is done is to take a piece out and cut into it.
22
If it's pink, mix in another minute to the making.
23
Adjust the seasoning and dish up:
taste the condiment dip and mix in more brown granulated sugar or acidic solution to suit your tastes, if you’d like.
24
dish up burning with steamed white or brown rice.
