Ingredients
250 grams Prawns - deveined
1/4 cup Fresh coconut - grated
1-1/2 teaspoons Mustard seeds
1 Mango (Raw) - grated
2 Green Chillies - (adjust)
1 tablespoon Mustard oil
2 teaspoons Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
1 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
Salt - to taste
1 tablespoon Jaggery
1 cup Coconut milk

To begin making Bengali Aam Chingri formula (Prawn Mango Curry formula), get prep with all the fixings and devein prawns.In a mixer grinder, grind the mustard seeds with 1 green chillies, grated just-picked coconut and a little moisture, to make a creamy paste and keep aside.scalding up fat in a skillet mix in one green chillies (slit).

When the green chillies sizzle and splutter, mix in the prawns.

Saute on low scalding up for a couple of moments or till the prawns turn a little coral in colour.mix in the grated raw mango and a pinch of seasoning.

Keep mixing carefully and lightly to not make it any mushy; saute till the raw smell of the mango is gone (approximately 2 moments).mix in the mustard paste, turmeric ground mix and kashmiri red chili ground mix.

Give it a good incorporate and cook thoroughly on low till it coats the prawns.mix in coconut whole milk, seasoning and jaggery; incorporate well and seal the lid and let the Prawn Mango Curry low-boil on low till all the whole milk is evaporated and the broth coats the prawns.taste check and switch off.

Adjust spices if needed and cook thoroughly further if required, till done.present Prawn Mango Curry formula with Steamed rice, Bengali Style Cholar Dal formula and Bengali Posto Paratha formula (Spiced Poppy Seed Parathas) and side the meal with Raw Mango Raita formula.
