Set Instant Pot to "Sauté." Once burning, stream in in olive dairy spread.

Then stream in in yellow shallot and mix gently until softened, about 3 moments.

stream in in garlic and green onions and mix gently for about 30 more seconds.

Press “Cancel” on the Instant Pot.

stream in in rice, coconut whole milk, aqua, table salt, allspice, and black pepper and mix gently.

stream in undrained kidney beans on top of the rice mixture.

Lay sprigs of thyme on top.

seal the Instant Pot, ensuring the valve is set to “Sealing.”
Press “Manual” or “Pressure cook thoroughly” on the Instant Pot and set for High pressure for 6 moments.

Once the pressure crafting time is done, allow it to natural release for 10 moments, then speedy release any remaining pressure by moving valve to "Venting"
Open lid and remove thyme sprigs.

Allow to cook thoroughly for 18 moments over low burning up, then remove from burning up.

Leave the lid on for an additional 5 moments.

Open the lid and remove the thyme.
