Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 कप खजूर - काट ले
  • 1/2 कप इमली का पेस्ट
  • 1/2 कप गुड़
  • 2 छोटे चम्मच लाल मिर्च पाउडर
  • 2 छोटे चम्मच जीरा पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच अदरक पाउडर
  • 1 छोटा चम्मच काला नमक या सेंधा नमक
  • नमक - स्वाद अनुसार

Instructions

To make dates tamarind chutney formula, first put 1-1 / 2 cup aqua in a saucepan and let it heat to boiling point.

After boiling toss in dates and prepare till it becomes soft.

Now toss in tamarind, jaggery, red chilli ground mix, cumin ground mix, ginger ground mix, black table salt, table salt and prepare for next 5 mins.

Turn off the gas and allow this mixture to cool.

After cooling, toss in it to a mixer grinder and make a paste.

Sieve this mixture well.

Your chutney is ready.

Store this chutney in air tight container in the fridge and use it as per your wish.
