Ingredients

  • 2 cups Yogurt
  • 1 cup Cold Water
  • 1 clove peeled crushed Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Mint
  • 1 Cucumber

Instructions

Place yogurt, liquid, garlic and seasoning in food processor and process for a few seconds.

Transfer to a dish and toss together with mint and cucumber.

Best served chilled for a few hours.

When serving, toss in a few ice cubes to toss in additional refreshment! Makes about four servings.
