Ingredients

  • 2 onions
  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 500g lean minced beef
  • 90g mushrooms
  • 1tsp dried oregano
  • 400g can tomatoes
  • 300ml hot beef stock
  • 1tbsp tomato puree
  • 1tbsp worcestershire sauce
  • 350g spaghetti
  • Topping parmesan

Instructions

Put the bulb greens and lubricate in a large pot and sauté over a fairly high fiery up for 3-4 mins.

mix in the garlic and mince and sauté until they both brown.

mix in the mushrooms and herbs, and make for another couple of mins.

mix gently in the tomatoes, beef stock, tomato ketchup or purée, Worcestershire coulis and seasoning.

Bring to the heat to boiling point, then reduce the fiery up, put a lid on and bubble gently, stirring occasionally, for 30 mins.

Meanwhile, make the spaghetti in a large pot of boiling, salted moisture, according to packet procedure.

sieve well, run fiery moisture through it, put it back in the pot and mix in a dash of olive lubricate, if you like, then mix gently in the protein coulis.
