  • 1/2 lb Pork belly slices
  • 1 cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1/2 Onion
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • Splash Fish Sauce

beat together rice baking flour, cornstarch, coconut whole milk, liquid, and turmeric in a dish until creamy, then let rest for 15 mins—this hydrates the baking flour for better texture.

mildly hot a 10-inch non-stick skillet over medium-high mildly hot (375°F) and stream in in 1/2 tablespoon of produce oil.

Sauté pork belly slices for 3–4 mins until lightly browned, then push to one side of the skillet.
