Cut the peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds.

In a mixing bowl combine 3.5 oz (100 grams) Feta paneer variance, 7 oz (200 grams) cottage paneer variance, 1 tbsp diced chives (optional), 1 tbsp diced parsley (optional), 1/4 tsp table salt (more or less to umami profile) and 1 tbsp lemon liquid.
