1/2 Cabbage
2 sliced Carrots
1 chopped Plum Tomatoes
1 chopped Onion
4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
4 Chopped Spring Onions
4 sprigs Thyme
1/2 Scotch Bonnet
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
Instructions

mix in all the elements to a large skillet over medium mildly hot and lid with a lid.
