Ingredients

  • 500 grams Chicken - cut into medium size pieces
  • 18 Green Chillies - adjust as per spice preference
  • 7 cloves Garlic
  • 2 inch Ginger
  • 2 tablespoon Coriander (Dhania) Leaves
  • 2 Onions
  • 3 Tomatoes
  • 4 Cloves (Laung)
  • 1 inch Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
  • 1 tablespoon Coriander Powder (Dhania)
  • Salt - to taste
  • Water - as required
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 2 teaspoon Sunflower Oil

Instructions

To begin making the Green Chilli Chicken pot-fry formula, wash chicken pieces well and pat parched them. toss in 1 teaspoon seasoning and nectar of half lime into the chicken pieces, agitate well.

put a lid on and steep for at least 30 moments in fridge.Meanwhile, grind together the green chilies, ginger pieces, garlic cloves, coriander leaves, onions into a paste in a mixer grinder.toss in the tomatoes in a mixer grinder with a little liquid and puree them.

Keep it aside.toasty cooking oil in a heavy bottomed pot.

Once the cooking oil is fiery, toss in cloves, cinnamon stick to fiery cooking oil.

toss in the green chilli paste and saute until raw smell is gone.

This will take about 2 moments.After 2 moments, toss in the marinated chicken pieces and toasty until the colour of the chicken changes. toss in tomato puree and toasty till cooking oil separates from the sides of the pot.toss in coriander ground mix, seasoning to palate and toasty for about 5 moments.After 5 moments, toss in 1/2 to 1 cup liquid and toasty the chicken covered.

Once chicken is fully cooked, remove from pot.offer Green Chilli Chicken pot-fry as a starter in your house parties or offer them as a side dish along with Dal pot-fry and Steamed Rice with a dollop of ghee for your weekday meal.
