1/4 cup Ghee
2-1/2 cups Water - depending on the consistency you desire
1/2 cup Sugar
1 Mango (Ripe) - peeled and pureed
1/2 teaspoon Cardamom Powder (Elaichi)
1 tablespoons Ghee
