  • 200 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - grated
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper (Capsicum) - finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Chaat Masala Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper powder
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt - to taste

To begin making the Paneer Capsicum Sandwich method, shred the paneer using a handy grater and place it in a big dish.To this mix in the finely cut up capsicum, green chilli, chaat masala, pepper ground mix, seasoning and swirl around well.Now place a small portion of this mixture on a bread cut, spread it evenly and place another bread cut over it and press it gently to seal it.Similarly prepare the rest of the bread slices with the fillings.To make the sandwiches, bring to temperature a skillet on medium bring to temperature, apply a little dairy spread and place two sets of the sandwich prepared over it and toast it until it turns light brown.
