200 ग्राम्स कद्दू - छीलकर कस ले
1-1/2 कप दही
1/2 छोटा चमच्च लाल मिर्च पाउडर
1/2 छोटा चमच्च जीरा पाउडर
1 हरी मिर्च - बारीक काट ले
1 हरा धनिया - थोड़ा
नमक - स्वाद अनुसार
