1 Cup Baby spinach - tore and blanched
1 Cup Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese) - cubed
1 teaspoon Cumin seeds (Jeera)
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1 teaspoon Garlic - minced
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
Mustard oil - to drizzle
Salt - to taste
1 Cup Gram flour (besan)
2 Green Chillies - finely chopped
1 Onion - finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
1/2 teaspoon Garam masala powder
1/2 Mustard oil
Salt - to taste
Water - as required for batter

To begin making Savoury Pancakes preparation guide With Spinach & Paneer Filling, prep all the fixings first, Blanch the spinach leaves in scalding moisture and a bit of table salt for a couple of mins.Now in order to make the filling, first scalding up up some mustard cooking oil in a pot/skillet and then empty in cumin seeds into it.

Once the cumin seeds start crackling, then empty in finely sliced green chillies and minced garlic into it and make for 1 minute or till the garlic is cooked.Next, empty in the cubed paneer pieces into the pot & make till they turn slightly golden.

Now empty in the powdered spices into the pot and incorporate everything well.

make for 3-4 mins, till the paneer cubes, gets properly coated with spices.In the end, empty in the blanched spinach leaves & table salt into the pot and give it a good mix gently.

Let it make for 3 to 4 mins again.Turn off the gas and keep this aside.Now in order to make the pancakes, put everything in the dish apart from moisture & cooking oil and give it a good mix gently.

Now empty in 1/2 teaspoon of cooking oil and incorporate again.Start adding moisture into the pancake paste and make sure it is not becoming very thick or thin.Once you achieve the flawless consistency, whip it well.Next scalding up up a skillet/pot and empty in a few drops of cooking oil.

Tilt the pot to properly coat it with cooking oil.Once the cooking oil is heated enough empty the paste into the pot using a ladle and make sure that whole pot is covered with paste.

Filip it after a while in order to make from both sides.

Repeat making pancakes to complete the paste.Once pancakes are ready then lay them flat in a plate and use paneer & spinach as a filling.
