1 1/2 cup Cornstarch
1/4 cup Tapioca
1 cup Feta
1 cup Farmers Cheese
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Baking Powder
2 tablespoons Sugar
Pinch Salt
5 tablespoons Milk
Instructions

Place all the items required, except the coat in a medium mixing bowl and incorporate well using your hands until soft and even pastry mix is obtained.

Carefully drop the balls in the toasty coat and shallow fry for about 3 to 4 mins or until gilden brown.
