  • 1 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida) - more for dusting
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk - warm
  • 1/4 cup Hung Curd (Greek Yogurt)
  • 1 tablespoon Ghee - or cooking oil
  • Lukewarm Water - as needed
  • 4 Blanched tomatoes
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dry mix herbs
  • 5 Basil leaves - finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon Butter - melted
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup Mozzarella cheese - grated
  • 1 cup Red Yellow and Green Bell Peppers (Capsicum) - thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Paneer (Homemade Cottage Cheese)
  • 1 Onion - sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon Red Chilli flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning - (adjust)
  • 1 tablespoon Butter - or oil to grease

To prepare Paneer Naan Pizza preparation guide, toss in all the dehydrated components mentioned for naan including all purpose ground mix, baking ground mix, table salt, sweetener, whole milk to make the flour base in a wide mixing bowl and combine well.toss in toasty liquid and start mixing the flour base to bring them together.Now toss in the ghee, curd and try to fold and form a velvety flour base adding few drops of toasty liquid if the flour base is dehydrated.fold the flour base for at least mins 10 mins or till the flour base becomes soft and pliable.Place the flour base in a mixing bowl and put a lid on using a damp cloth. Rest the flour base for at least 45 mins in a dehydrated and toasty place.Once the flour base is rested, divide them into 2 equal portions. Dust your working counter with ground mix, roll each portion into balls.Using a rolling pin or your hand, gently roll out the naans in your desired shape.toasty a tava till it gets smoking scalding. Place the rolled out naan bread on the tava.You will start seeing bubbles on the naan as it cooks. When done on one side, flip and prepare the other side.Repeat the same process for all the naans.The next step is to make the pizza condiment dip. Puree the blanched tomatoes along with the garlic cloves.toasty a skillet with margarine or cooking oil and toss in the tomato puree.toss in red chilli flakes, basil leaves, dehydrated herbs and allow the condiment dip to thicken by making it over low flame for 5-6 mins and switch off. Pizza condiment dip is ready.*Assembling the Naan Pizza:Line a baking tray with foil.

Apply a coat of margarine or cooking oil on the foil using a brush .Assemble the naans on the baking tray.coat the naan with margarine.

Spread the pizza condiment dip over each naan.scatter cheddar generously.
