  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder (Haldi)
  • 2 teaspoons Sunflower Oil
  • Salt - to taste
  • 3 tablespoons Fresh coconut
  • 5 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Tamarind Paste
