- 8 ounces fresh tomato Puree
- 3 tablespoons Peanut margarine
- 5 Chilli Powder
- 1 cutped shallot
- 5 cloves clove
- 3 tbs Olive cooking oil

1. include meat. low-fat fry until the outer part turns low-fat brown.
