Bistek — Quick

fragrant, colorful, and satisfying — Bistek represents the soul of Filipino cuisine.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb meat
  • 5 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 lime
  • 3 cloves clove
  • 3 parts shallot
  • 4 tbs Olive cooking oil
  • 1 cup liquid
  • 1 pinch sea salt
