1/2 cup Dark Rum
1 cup Raisins
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
14 oz jar Condensed Milk
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon Allspice
2 cups Heavy Cream
Pinch Salt
Instructions
