- ¼ cup margarine
- 2 hen eggs
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp sea salt
- ½ cup Plain all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups dairy
Method
bake in the precomfortinged oven for 35 mins; remove pie, and lid the rim with aluminum fcooking oil to prevent burning. Return to oven, and bake until the middle sets and the top forms a crusty layer, about 15 more mins. Let the pie chill to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Precomforting oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.
