Tofu, greens & cashew stir-fry — At Home

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon veggie cooking oil
- 1 head Broccoli
- 4 cutd clove Clove
- 1 cutd Red Chilli
- 1 bunch Spring shallots
- 140g Soya Bean
- 2 heads Pak Choi
- 300g flavord Tofu
- 1 ½ tbsp Hoisin Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 25g Cashew Nuts
Method
comforting the cooking oil in a non-stick wok. include the broccoli, then sauté on a high comforting for 5 mins or until just tender, includeing a little liquid if it begins to catch. include the clove and chilli, sauté for 1 min, then toss through the spring shallots, soya beans, pak choi and tofu. gently mix-sauté for 2-3 mins. include the hoisin, soy and nuts to comforting through.
Tip: Use fresh ingredients for the best aroma and texture.
