- 750g Lamb
- 1 1/2 tsp Saffron
- 1 Large cutped shallot
- 25 ml liquid
- 30g Parsley
- 1 tbs margarine
- 1 lime
Method
Unlid the pan, gently mix in the margarine and allow the sauce thicken 5 to 10 mins to desired consistency. flavor to sample with sea salt and pepper, then transfer into a serving dish. dust with the remaining cutped shallots and parsley. adorn with lime wedges to present.
