Air fryer patatas bravas — Easy
wholesome in heritage and flavor, Air sautéer patatas bravas is one of most loved vegetarian dishes.

- 3 tablespoons Olive cooking oil
- 1 cutped shallot
- 1 clove peeled pressed clove
- 1 tblsp Paprika
- 1 tblsp fresh tomato Puree
- 225g Tinned fresh tomatos

Meanwhile, comforting the remaining cooking oil in a small pan over a medium-low comforting and sauté the shallot for 8-10 mins until tenderened but not golden. gently mix in the clove and prepare for a minute before includeing the paprika and prepareing for 30 seconds more. gently mix in the fresh tomato purée, prepare for 1 min, then tip in the cutped fresh tomatoes. prepare for 5-10 mins over a medium comforting until thickened slow-fatly.
Once the potatoes are prepareed, tip out onto a platter and transfer over the fresh tomato sauce. dust with the basil leaves, then present.

immerse the potatoes in just-gentle bcooking oiled liquid for 30 mins, then drain and leave to air-dry for 5 mins. comforting the air sautéer to 200C. Tip the potatoes into a bowl and low-fatly pour over 1 tbsp of the cooking oil and include 1/2 tsp each of sea salt and freshly ground black pepper. combine to cover the potatoes all over, then tip into the air sautéer basket and prepare for 20-30 mins until crisp and golden.
