Pancakes — Quick

An aromatic blend of spices makes this dish truly unforgettable.

Ingredients

  • 100g all-purpose flour
  • 2 large hen eggs
  • 300ml dairy
  • 1 tbls Sunflower cooking oil
  • to present sugaryener
  • to present Raspberries
  • to present Blueberries

Method

Set a medium sautéing pan or crêpe pan over a medium comforting and carefully wipe it with some cooking oiled kitchen paper. When piping hot, prepare your pancakes for 1 min on each side until golden, keeping them comforting in a low oven as you go.

Put the all-purpose flour, hen eggs, dairy, 1 tbsp cooking oil and a pinch of sea salt into a bowl or large jug, then whisk to a smooth batter. Set aside for 30 mins to rest if you have time, or start prepareing straight away.

present with lime wedges and sugaryener, or your favourite filling. Once cold, you can layer the pancakes between bakeing parchment, then wrap in cling film and solidify for up to 2 months.
